What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years in project management, delivery management, or similar IT role
  • Practical Agile experience (Scrum, Lean Agile), SDLC, backlog management
  • Hands-on with Jira and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent Polish and English (B2+)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in service design or launching new services
  • Familiarity with GitHub, pull requests, and code review workflows
  • Experience with AI-supported delivery or workflow automation
  • Availability in Gliwice office once a week + occasional client travel
